Returns, Complaints & Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to return a product, make a complaint, or exercise your right of withdrawal, please:

Please note: We do not accept deliveries sent cash on delivery (COD).
Rejected Deliveries
If you refuse a delivery and would like a refund, please contact us. We will guide you through the refund process.
Right of Withdrawal / Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Additionally, if you simply change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You must notify us within this period if you wish to cancel your purchase. Not collecting the parcel is not sufficient; you must contact us directly. Any free gift included with your order must also be returned.
Returning Goods
Once you notify us of your wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product.
Requirements for return:

Product must be unused and in its original condition.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk until we receive the product.

Package the product carefully to avoid damage during return.

Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation for faster processing.
If you need assistance with a return shipping label, contact us. We may reimburse shipping costs if necessary.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the product’s nature, features, or functionality.

The product can be tested, but must be returned in essentially unchanged condition.

If the product is overused or damaged, the refund may be reduced, or in severe cases, a full refund may be refused.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded in full, including any standard shipping costs. Refunds will be reduced if the product has been handled excessively.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or confirmation of the return.
Complaints
For any complaints, contact us directly by email with a description of the issue so we can assist you.
Privacy
When you make a purchase, we collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, and email. This information is only shared with partners required to complete your delivery.
Your personal data is stored for five years and then deleted. We only work with personal data processors in countries with adequate data protection.

Cancel Order
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them. Contact us as soon as possible via email. After 6 hours, cancellation may not be possible due to processing.
