Shipping policy
Delivery Time
Our total delivery time is 6–14 days. This includes both processing time (3–4 days) and shipping time. We always strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, but delays may occur due to the courier or other circumstances beyond our control. If the delay exceeds 30 days, you as the customer have the legal right to cancel your purchase.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 6 days for the tracking number to be activated by the courier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly stated on our website.
Delivery Address
As the customer, you are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address when placing your order. Incorrect addresses may result in delayed or failed delivery.
Uncollected Parcels
If you do not collect your parcel, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange either a refund or a re-delivery. Please note that an uncollected parcel does not count as exercising your right of withdrawal – you must always notify us if you wish to cancel your purchase.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is damaged during transit or does not arrive, please contact us immediately. We are responsible for ensuring the item is delivered in perfect condition and will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. For quicker handling, we kindly ask that you send us a photo of any damage upon receipt.
Delays and Liability
If delivery is delayed, you have the right to withhold payment, request delivery, or in certain cases cancel the purchase. We always act in accordance with consumer protection legislation regarding complaints and disputes.
