Temporary stock shortages or delays

In the event of delays, outstanding orders or stock shortages, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. We will advise you of the options available, such as a refund or assistance in finding a similar product from another retailer.

Payment

Quinlan accepts payments via VISA, Paypal and Mastercard. Your payment will be taken when the goods are dispatched. All amounts are stated in AUD and include applicable taxes.

Delivery

Quinlan normally dispatches your order within 24 hours of placing your order. We deliver throughout Australia. Delivery to an agent is free of charge. Please note: If there is no space at the selected delivery point, the package will be redirected to the nearest available location and you will be informed. If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service. Products are delivered on weekdays and the estimated delivery time is 6–14 business days after ordering. Longer delivery times may occur during periods of high demand.

Complaints and warranty

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 2-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. If a valid defect is found, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction, depending on the circumstances. This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Complaints made within two months of discovery are considered to be within a reasonable time.
