Temporary stock shortages or delays
In the event of delays, outstanding orders or stock shortages, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. We will advise you of the options available, such as a refund or assistance in finding a similar product from another retailer.

Payment
Quinlan accepts payments via VISA, Paypal and Mastercard. Your payment will be taken when the goods are dispatched. All amounts are stated in AUD and include applicable taxes.

Delivery
Quinlan normally dispatches your order within 24 hours of placing your order. We deliver throughout United Kingdom. Delivery to an agent is free of charge. Please note: If there is no space at the selected delivery point, the package will be redirected to the nearest available location and you will be informed. If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service. Products are delivered on weekdays and the estimated delivery time is 6–14 working days after ordering. Longer delivery times may occur during periods of high demand.

Complaints and warranty
According to Swedish consumer law, a 2-year warranty applies. Our warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. In the event of a valid defect, repair, replacement, refund or price reduction may be offered. The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by improper handling. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Complaints made within two months of discovery are considered to be within a reasonable time.

If the complaint is approved, reasonable shipping costs will be reimbursed. The product must always be returned in its original packaging. Keep the shipping label to receive reimbursement. Contact us before returning the product to facilitate the process.
